Karianne Anthes didn’t know how much CrossFit would change her life when she started training a group of women at a local park in Morristown, New Jersey. By 2008, she had opened her own affiliate, CrossFit Morristown. There, she serves a double role as passionate affiliate owner and coach. She is now a Certified CrossFit Coach (CF-L4), as well as Dave Castro’s whisperer during the Games.
