He is a successful affiliate owner, Level 1 Seminar Staff member, and vice president of the Reveille Project, a nonprofit that uses fitness, nutrition and community to support post-active-duty veterans with mood disorders.

On today’s show, Ogar reflects on the accident, training for USA Para Powerlifting, and what it’s like to live as a paraplegic.
