Ep. 18.41: Greg Glassman and “The Mess”

CrossFit Founder Greg Glassman sits down with the podcast crew to share stories, talk about the current health crisis and explain what CrossFit and CrossFit physicians are doing to fix it.

“We’ve got corruption. We’ve got death … and that is the public health scene,” Glassman explains.

“There is no doctor that isn’t seeing the problem, seeing the mess, and the mess is the unprecedented incidences in rates of disease with an utterly ineffective and extraordinarily expensive response.”

Topics for the day also include CrossFit’s success in its court battle with the NSCA, Glassman’s reflections on writing for the Journal in the early days of CrossFit, and lucky socks.
