Kai Rainey is an inspiration. Prior to starting her CrossFit journey, Rainey weighed over 300 lb. Now, she eats clean and has an active lifestyle.
“I’ve gone from a Size 28 to a Size 6. My waist is smaller now than my thigh was on Day 1. I’ve lost over half my body weight.
